1. About Nutridly

Nutridly is a nutrition and recipe planning platform operated by Malik Systems Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales ("we", "us", "our"). By using Nutridly, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What Nutridly Is (and Is Not)

Nutridly is a software tool that generates personalised meal plans and shopping lists based on your self-reported health profile and, optionally, nutrient test results you choose to upload.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create a Nutridly account. If you are adding family members under 18 to a household plan, you are responsible for managing their profiles and for any dietary decisions made on their behalf.

4. Your Account

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure
• You must provide accurate information in your health profile. Inaccurate data may lead to unsuitable meal plan suggestions
• One account per person. Do not share your account with others
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

5. Free Trial

• New accounts are offered a 7-day free trial of Nutridly Household. No payment card is required to start it
• The trial includes your full nutrient analysis and a complete week of your personalised meal plan with full recipe reasoning, plus your full shopping list. Regenerating a plan is reserved for paid subscriptions
• The remaining days of your plan, all recipe options, the complete shopping list (with tick-off, copy, and print), the printable recipe pack, and plan regeneration unlock when you subscribe
• The free trial includes one meal plan generation per household member
• The trial does not auto-convert or charge you: it simply ends after 7 days, at which point your account and any content generated stay in place, but generating new content requires subscribing. You choose if and when to add a payment card and subscribe, either during the trial or any time after
• Ordering a Nutridly Core blood test kit during your trial starts your subscription immediately with your first week free, using the card provided for the kit
• Once subscribed, you can cancel at any time from your Billing and Data page; access continues until the end of the week you've paid for
• One free trial is available per customer

6. Subscriptions and Payments

• Nutridly operates on a weekly subscription model, priced per household size (Nutridly Household): £9.99/week for 1 person, £7.99 per person/week for 2 (£15.98 total), £6.99pp for 3 (£20.97 total), £5.99pp for 4 (£23.96 total), and £4.99pp for 5 (£24.95 total)
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's terms
• Subscriptions renew automatically each week until cancelled
• You can cancel at any time from your Billing and Data page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods
• You can pause your subscription for up to 4 weeks at no cost, see your Billing and Data page

Included Usage (fair use)

• Re-analysis, uploading new nutrient results and re-running your analysis is included, up to 3 analyses per person per rolling 30 days

Add-on Purchases

• Home Nutrient Test Kit, one-off payment for a partner test kit where offered
• Add-on purchases are non-refundable once fulfilled

7. Meal Plans and Recipes

• Meal plans and recipes are generated by AI based on your profile data. They are suggestions, not prescriptions
• We do not guarantee that recipes will address specific nutritional deficiencies or health conditions
• If you have known allergies or intolerances, you must set these in your dietary preferences. While Nutridly respects these settings, you should always check ingredient lists when shopping
• Recipe images are AI-generated illustrations. The actual dish may look different

8. Nutrient Test Results

• Uploading nutrient test results is optional. The service works with your questionnaire data alone
• Nutridly analyses your results to tailor meal plans. This is not a medical interpretation
• If any of your results are flagged as outside the expected range, you should speak to your GP
• We are not responsible for the accuracy of results you upload. If your source data contains errors, your meal plan may reflect those errors

9. Shopping Lists

• Shopping lists are generated from your chosen recipes and are provided as a convenience
• Ingredient quantities are estimates based on your recipes; always use your own judgement when buying
• You can tick items off as you shop, copy the list, or print it to take to any supermarket

10. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please read our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

• You can export all your data at any time
• You can delete your account and all associated data at any time
• We process health data under explicit consent, which you may withdraw by deleting your account

11. Intellectual Property

• The Nutridly platform, design, and branding are owned by Malik Systems Ltd
• Generated recipes and meal plans are provided for your personal use. You may not resell or redistribute them commercially
• Your uploaded data remains yours. We only use it to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Nutridly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any health outcomes resulting from following meal plan suggestions
• We are not liable for errors in AI-generated content, including recipes, nutritional information, or ingredient lists
• Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding your claim
• Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice on the platform. Continued use of Nutridly after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
