Question 1

Can I try Nutridly for free?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and no card is needed to start. Every new account gets a 7-day free trial: complete your profile (upload nutrient results if you have them) and get your full personalised analysis plus a complete week of meals, every recipe explained, with your full shopping list and printable recipe pack. Nothing is blurred or held back. The one thing reserved for subscribers is regenerating your plan, so a trial gives you one genuine week rather than an endless supply. Nothing is charged automatically; you choose if and when to add a card, either during your trial or any time after.

Question 2

Do I need to create an account first?

Accepted Answer

No. Answer your profile questions and see a first look at your personalised summary before creating anything. You'll only need a free account (still no card) once you're ready to see your full analysis and build your real plan.

Question 3

Do I need nutrient results to use Nutridly?

Accepted Answer

No. Our detailed questionnaire covers your goals, conditions, symptoms, medications, and eating habits. This is enough to generate a personalised 7 day meal plan. However, if you have had recent blood work done, uploading those results gives us the best picture of what your body actually needs and is the most effective way to spot potential gaps.

Question 4

What nutrient results do you accept?

Accepted Answer

You can upload a PDF or photo of your nutrient results, paste text from the NHS App or GP portal, or enter values manually. Most people have results from routine check ups or private tests. If you do not have any, the questionnaire alone still creates a solid plan.

Question 5

Does my meal plan change as my results improve?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and this is what really sets Nutridly apart. Most planners only ever look at your latest numbers. Nutridly looks at the trend across your tests. If a marker is improving, we keep reinforcing the foods that are working. If it is stalling or slipping despite you eating your plans, the plan changes tack, different foods and preparations, more emphasis on that nutrient, and a prompt to discuss persistent results with your GP. And once a level is back in a healthy range, we ease off so your plan does not overcorrect. It is a genuine feedback loop between what you eat and what your blood shows, weighted by how much of your plan you actually cook.

Question 6

Can I see whether my results are actually improving?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every time you add a new set of results, your Progress page charts each marker over time, so you can see exactly how your levels are changing, for example ferritin rising from 22 to 48, or vitamin D up 71%. Each biomarker gets its own trend graph with your healthy range shaded in and a clear read on whether you are moving in the right direction. It is the proof your nutrition is working, and for many people it is the most motivating part of Nutridly. You will need at least two tests over time to see a trend.

Question 7

Can I re-run my analysis when I get new results?

Accepted Answer

Yes, re-analysis is included in your plan. Upload your new results anytime and your nutritional strategy and meal plans refresh to match. Fair use applies: up to 3 analyses per person every 30 days, which comfortably covers real retesting cadence.

Question 8

How does the 7 day meal plan work?

Accepted Answer

We generate 3 recipe options per meal, matched to how many times a day you actually eat, tell us that's 2 meals or 3 plus snacks during setup and your plan is built around it, not a fixed template. You pick your favourites on a weekly calendar planner. Each recipe explains why it was chosen based on your specific profile, conditions, and nutrient data. AI generated food photos help you visualise each dish. You can also print your whole week as a recipe pack PDF for the fridge.

Question 9

Can I get meal plans in the cuisines I actually like?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and it is one of the things people love most. During setup you rank your favourite world cuisines, Indian and Pakistani, Mediterranean, Italian, Mexican, Chinese, Middle Eastern, Thai and more, and your plans are built around the food you already crave, in that order of preference. Eating well should not mean eating food you do not enjoy. Prefer variety instead? Choose "surprise me" and we will take you around the world each week. You can change your preferences anytime, and everything still fits your diet, allergies, dislikes, and nutrient targets.

Question 10

Do I have to remember to generate a new plan each week?

Accepted Answer

No. Every Thursday your next week's plan is generated automatically, ready for the weekend shop. We'll email you the moment it's ready, log in to view the recipes and your shopping list. You can also regenerate anytime from the meal plan page if you fancy a different set of recipes.

Question 11

What makes the recipes personalised?

Accepted Answer

Every recipe comes with a justification that references your specific data. Not generic wellness tips, but explanations like "rich in omega-3 from mackerel which targets your elevated triglycerides" or "includes CoQ10 supporting nutrients which statins can deplete." Nutrient pairings are optimised (iron with vitamin C for 6x absorption) and conflicts are avoided (no dairy in iron rich meals).

Question 12

Do you check my medications for food interactions?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Add your medications and supplements during setup and your plan actively works around known food-drug interactions, statins and grapefruit, warfarin and consistent vitamin K, PPIs reducing B12/calcium/magnesium/iron absorption, levothyroxine needing space from calcium, iron, and coffee, and more. This is built into how recipes are chosen, not a generic leaflet. It's not a substitute for advice from your GP or pharmacist, always tell them about any dietary changes too.

Question 13

What if I only eat 1 or 2 meals a day?

Accepted Answer

Tell us during setup, we'll ask which meals you actually eat, and your plan is built around exactly those, not a fixed breakfast/lunch/dinner/snack template forced on everyone. Each person in a household answers this individually, so if one of you eats three meals and another skips breakfast, both plans reflect that. Since fewer meals means the same daily nutrition has to land in fewer opportunities, we concentrate your priority ingredients into the meals you do eat rather than spreading them thin.

Question 14

Does my plan cover all my vitamins and minerals, or just what my blood test flagged?

Accepted Answer

Both. By default, every plan targets your full range of vitamins and minerals against standard UK reference intakes, not just what a blood panel happened to flag, most panels only test a fraction of the roughly 28 essential nutrients your body needs, so anything untested could otherwise go unaddressed all week. Your flagged deficiencies and specific goals still get priority weighting within that, this is a baseline underneath the targeted logic, not a replacement for it. If you'd rather we lean toward recipe variety instead, there's an opt-out toggle ("prioritise variety over full nutrient coverage") on the Practical step of your profile.

Question 15

Can I shop at any supermarket?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your shopping list combines every ingredient from the week into one deduplicated list, organised by supermarket aisle so it is quick to shop from anywhere. Tick items off on your phone as you go, or copy and print it. The copy button works offline, which is handy in supermarkets with poor wifi.

Question 16

How much does it cost?

Accepted Answer

Free for 7 days. Nothing to pay unless you decide to carry on. After that, Nutridly Household is priced per person and gets better value the more of your household joins: £9.99/week for 1 person, down to £4.99 per person/week (£24.95/week total) for a household of 5. Re-analysis of new nutrient results is included (fair use: up to 3 per person every 30 days). Cancel anytime once subscribed.

Question 17

What if I don't have any blood test results?

Accepted Answer

You have two options. The questionnaire alone still creates a solid, personalised plan. Or you can order an at-home Nutridly Core blood test kit, a simple finger-prick test covering 20+ markers, processed in UKAS-accredited UK laboratories to the same quality standards the NHS uses, with results flowing straight into your plan. The kit is a one-off £139 (down from £188 RRP) and completely optional. And if you order a kit while you are on your free trial, we add your first week free.

Question 18

Who processes my blood sample, and will I hear from them?

Accepted Answer

Your kit is fulfilled by Vitall, our lab partner. They dispatch the kit and process your sample in UKAS-accredited UK laboratories, to the same quality standards the NHS uses, so your results are accurate and reliable. Because Vitall handles the physical kit and testing, you'll receive a couple of emails directly from Vitall, for example when your kit is on its way and when your sample has been received, alongside your Nutridly updates. That's completely expected and part of your order. As soon as your results are ready, they flow straight back into your Nutridly plan and we email you to let you know.

Question 19

Can I cancel or pause anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can cancel your subscription from your account at any time, there are no contracts or cancellation fees, and your access continues until the end of your current billing week. Going on holiday? You can pause for up to 4 weeks instead: you pay nothing while paused, keep all your data, and your plan resumes automatically.

Question 20

Is Nutridly a medical service?

Accepted Answer

No. Nutridly is a nutrition and recipe planning tool. It does not replace professional dietary advice. Always continue taking your prescribed medicines and keep your doctor updated with changes to your diet or lifestyle. If any of your nutrient results concern you, please speak to your GP.

Question 21

What dietary requirements do you support?

Accepted Answer

Vegan, Vegetarian, Pescatarian, Halal, Kosher, and all 14 UK mandatory allergens, plus food dislikes and cooking skill level. Halal goes further than avoiding pork and alcohol: where it genuinely fits your profile, we also draw on foods described as beneficial in Islamic tradition, black seed, honey, dates, olive oil, talbina, pomegranate, paired for absorption the same way we pair iron with vitamin C, alongside the same biomarker-driven personalisation everyone gets.

Question 22

Do recipes repeat?

Accepted Answer

No, not by accident. Nutridly tracks what you have been served and bans anything you have downvoted, generating new recipes each week from global cuisines including Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, South Asian, East Asian, and more. The only repeats are ones you actually want back, your favourites and dishes you cook often are woven back in on purpose.

Question 23

Can I rate, favourite, or swap out recipes?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Favourite the recipes you love so they're more likely to come back, thumbs up or down to tell us what worked, and tick off meals you actually cooked. If an option doesn't appeal, swap it for a different recipe in one tap without regenerating the whole week. Your ratings and cooking history feed straight back into future plans, downvoted recipes are banned, favourites and frequently cooked dishes get worked back in.

Question 24

How does household pricing work?

Accepted Answer

Nutridly Household lets you add up to 5 people, each with their own profile, nutrient analysis, and personalised 7 day meal plan, combined into a single shopping list for one weekly shop. It's priced per person and gets cheaper per person the more you add, £9.99/week for 1 person, £7.99pp for 2, £6.99pp for 3, £5.99pp for 4, and £4.99pp for 5.

Question 25

What are superfoods and do you include them?

Accepted Answer

Nutridly actively incorporates nutrient dense superfoods where they fit your profile. This includes bone broth (collagen and gut support), fermented foods (kimchi, kefir for gut microbiome), seeds (chia, flax, pumpkin for omega 3 and zinc), dark leafy greens, berries, turmeric with black pepper, and oily fish.

Question 26

How do I contact support?

Accepted Answer

Email us at support@nutridly.com. We aim to respond within 24 hours on working days.
