Understanding Your Nutrient Scores

Your GP tells you your results are "normal" but you still feel exhausted. Sound familiar? The problem is that standard reference ranges are designed to detect disease, not optimise how you feel.

For example, the NHS considers a ferritin level of 15 to be "normal." But functional nutrition research suggests that optimal energy requires ferritin above 40. If you are at 20, you are technically normal but functionally depleted.

Nutridly uses Functional Optimisation Bands that are tighter than standard disease baselines. We catch the "normal but suboptimal" values that your GP report might miss.

When you upload your nutrient test results, Nutridly does not just flag what is out of range. It cross-references your values against your symptoms, medications, eating patterns, and goals to build a complete picture.

Someone reporting fatigue with a ferritin of 22 and low oily fish intake gets a very different meal plan from someone with the same ferritin who feels fine. Context matters, and Nutridly uses all of it.
